The wait is almost over! Travis Scott is making his highly anticipated return to South Africa as part of his Circus Maximus World Tour, with a massive show set to light up FNB Stadium in Johannesburg this Saturday, 11 October 2025.
Whether you’re travelling from near or far, and counting down to the big day, we’ve put together a handy list of need-to-know info to help make your experience smoother—before and during the show.

Where and when is Travis Scott – CIRCUS MAXIMUS WORLD TOUR in South Africa?
The South African leg of Travis Scott’s CIRCUS MAXIMUS WORLD TOUR is set to take place on Saturday, 11 October 2025, at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.
With a capacity of around 94,736, FNB Stadium will host fans for one night only as they come together to experience the rapper live on stage.
What time will Travis Scott be on stage?
- LOCAL DJ: 18H00 – 18H30
- SUPPORT DJ: 18H45 – 19H30
- TRAVIS SCOTT: 20H30
How to get tickets to SA’s Travis Scott – CIRCUS MAXIMUS WORLD TOUR?
Travis Scott tickets are available now at ticketmaster.co.za, starting from R915 for General Admission and up to R6,319 for Lounge tickets.
All tickets are 100% digital, mobile-only tickets, and only verified Ticketmaster accounts are eligible to purchase up to 8 tickets per Fan.
Only tickets purchased from Ticketmaster.co.za are valid for entry.
Restriction for Standing Tickets: For safety reasons, all standing ticket holders must be over the age of 18 plus a minimum height of 1.6 meters.
Will there be tickets sold at the venue?
There will be no ticket sales onsite.
Age restrictions
- Field Standing: ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRY to the field for anyone under 18 or shorter than 1.6m – NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No under 3’s allowed in the venue.
- A responsible adult must accompany minors 16 years of age and under.
What’s NOT ALLOWED at the venue?
The following items are not permitted inside the venue and must be surrendered at the designated amnesty bins or will be confiscated by security at access control points:

OPTION 1: PARK AND RIDE
We highly recommend the official Park and Ride service as your number one option when travelling to the stadium. With dedicated lanes as part of the traffic management plan, it offers a safe, comfortable, punctual, and stress-free way to travel to the event.
A temporary Park and Ride station will be set up within walking distance of the stadium entrance, with staff and security on hand to assist.

- Cresta Shopping Centre – Entrance 3, Outside Woolworths
- Montecasino – Teatro Road, Opposite The Pivot Hotel

- Mall of Africa – Drop Off Area, Entrance 8/9, Outside Dischem
- Sandton City – Corner West and Maude, Opposite Nelson Mandela Square
- The Glen Shopping Centre – Bus Stop, Open Road
- Gold Reef City – Casino Main Entrance

Your Park and Ride includes return transport and free undercover parking at all departure points.
First buses depart from 15h00 as they fill up. The last bus will depart promptly at 17h00 from all departure points.
Return buses depart immediately after the concert, with the last bus leaving NO later than 24h00. By choosing Park and Ride, you’ll help reduce traffic congestion and lower the event’s carbon footprint.

OPTION 2: PARKING
PAID PARKING

FREE PARKING

ACCESSIBILITY PARKING

OPTION 3: GAUTRAIN
For your ease and convenience, the Gautrain service has been activated. This service ensures a seamless journey to and from the venue. To view the location and the dedicated Gautrain route, click here and go to slide 8 > brown block.
The first bus from Park Station to FNB Stadium will depart at 13H00. Standard Gautrain train, bus and parking fares will apply. Customers can use Gautrain cards or EMV / contactless payment devices.
A dedicated late-night service will be offered for fans to return home. All stations (excluding OR Tambo) will accommodate a late service. The service will conclude 1 hour and 30 minutes after the event has ended.

OPTION 4: DROP & GO and E-Hailing
There are two dedicated Drop & Go and E-Hailing areas. Please only use these areas when you are dropped off, and more importantly, picked up after the show.
Important Note: If you’re being collected after the show, please ensure your driver arrives at the ‘Drop & Go’ point by 21H00. After this time, vehicles will not be permitted to enter the ‘Drop & Go’ area due to egress preparations.
Due to road closures and traffic congestion, these areas have been set up for your ease of use. To view the location and routes to the dedicated drop and go/E-hailing areas, click here and go to slide 6 > green blocks.
The dedicated Drop & Go areas will be monitored by security and will be illuminated to ensure the safety of patrons in this area.
Will there be road closures around the city?
The JMPD will close certain roads from 11am to help manage traffic around FNB Stadium.
Here are the roads affected:

Soweto Highway – Closed between Mentz Street and the N1 Offramp.

Golden Highway – Closed from the Corner of Golden Highway, Ring 1, to Soweto Highway. Only authorised vehicles allowed.

Nasrec Road – Closed between Recreation Road and Shaft 17 Road. (You can still access prepaid parking via Recreation Road.)
-
Booysens Reserve Road – Closed between Crownwood Road and League Avenue.
Can I leave the venue and come back?
No, if you leave the event, you won’t be able to come back in. Once you’re in, you’re in.
Entry will be allowed until what time?
Gates close at 20H30, you will not be able to enter after this time.
What about safety and security?
There will be a security presence in place within the precinct at FNB Stadium with SAPS, parking security, pedestrian security and crime prevention marshals on duty monitoring everyone coming into the precinct.
What do I do if there is an emergency?
The venue call centre can be reached on the VENUE HOTLINE NUMBER – 082 805 3150. This number can be used for all incidents, queries and emergencies and will be in operation the day of the event as well as after the event.
What about lost items?
A Lost & Found kiosk will be set up at the venue. Please speak to our representatives at the information points to guide you to the location or consult the venue map. All lost property will be kept at the stadium for 48 hours, after which it will be transferred to the Booysens Police Station.
What payment options will be available at the event?
A debit or credit card will be accepted when buying alcohol or merchandise.
Cash will only be accepted to purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages.
The event will have strobe lights and lasers
Strobe lights and lasers will be used during the show, so it’s not recommended for anyone with epilepsy or sensitivity to flashing lights.
There will be a Castle Lite Unlocks Experience activation outside FNB Stadium
The Castle Lite Unlocks Experience is an exclusive event taking place at the Goldrush Dome next to FNB Stadium. It is an immersive brand experience featuring an exciting lineup of local artist collabs and DJs, food stalls, experiential touchpoints and extra cold refreshment. Doors open at 14H00 and the final act ends at midnight.
The Castle Lite Unlocks Experience includes appearances from:

- 15H00 – DJ Champuru Makhenzo
- 15H30 – Kaygo
- 16H00 – Hip Hop Unlocked: Kwesta x A-Reece x Touchline x 25K

These artists will not be performing at the main concert at FNB Stadium.
How do I get access to the Castle Lite Unlocks Experience?
If you purchased a Travis Scott Circus Maximus ticket via the Castle Lite “Ticket Plug” or via the Castle Lite “Early Bird” link, you would have received an email advising you to RSVP on the Castle Lite website. Once you RSVP’d, your Castle Lite Unlocks Experience ticket would have been added to your Ticketmaster account.
If you have won a ticket through Castle Lite’s social media channels or have been invited by the brand, you would have been sent a request for your email address linked to your Ticketmaster account, and your ticket will have been sent there.
No Castle Lite Unlocks Experience ticket. No access. No Under 18s.
If I have a Travis Scott Circus Maximus ticket, will I get automatic entry into the Castle Lite Unlocks Experience?
No. You would need to have won or received a Castle Lite Unlocks Experience prior to the event.
Can I buy tickets to the Castle Lite Unlocks Experience?
Unfortunately not.
