Everyone seemed to have an opinion on Sarah whilst she was on MAFS UK. She divided everyone, with her controversial comments about groom Dean, and the argument of whether she was prolonging the inevitable, or saving his feelings.
Either way, she didn’t come across great at times. From day one, Sarah and Dean looked ropey. On their wedding day, Sarah straight up said she didn’t fancy Dean, and got the ick when he started rapping and singing all the time. Whilst on honeymoon, she was asked by a producer what Dean could do to improve, and Sarah brutally replied: “Get some tattoos and lose some weight.”
Sarah was rightly called out for being rude about Dean, as well as talking about him behind his back at dinner parties. Finally, the couple decided with the experts they should quit. And now, former cast members are spilling all about what Sarah was really like during the MAFS UK 2025 experiment.

“Sarah just wasn’t feeling the match but she has a heart of gold,” Keye told Heatworld. “I did spend a lot of time with Sarah. Obviously her match was really difficult for both Dean and herself but she is so funny, bubbly, outgoing. You can spend a night in a bar dancing with her. Like the girl is so much fun to be around. It was just a really tricky match for them both.”
Julia-Ruth added: “I think people forget even if you have tricky matches they’re still were people before they came into it. Everyone in the experiment is beautiful and I think we all – in different ways – had challenging moments and times that we’ll see throughout the season but Sarah is absolutely beautiful inside and out.”
Sarah herself has spoken out since her exit was aired. She explained she “lost herself” during the experiment, but said Dean was her “rock” regardless of what audiences saw of their relationship.
