Entry Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
Option 1: Matric
- Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Maths Literacy), Physical Science, and English
- Minimum 40% pass in all subjects
Option 2: N3 or Higher (Trade-Specific)
- Boilermaker: Plating/Welders Theory; Plating Structural & Steelwork Drawings
- Electrical: Electrical Trade Theory & Industrial Electronics or Engineering Drawings
- Diesel Mechanic: Diesel/Motor Trade Theory & Engineering Drawings
- Mechanical Fitter: Fitting Trade Theory & Engineering Drawings
- Instrument Mechanician: Instrument Trade Theory & Industrial Electronics
- Auto Electrician: Motor Electrical Trade Theory & Industrial Electronics
- Millwright: Electrical & Fitting Trade Theories; Engineering Drawings or Industrial Electronics
Option 3: NCV
- NCV Level 4 in an appropriate trade with minimum 40% pass in all subjects
