South Africans have been attempting to get rid of their Travis Scott tickets, just days before he is set to arrive in the country.
The US rapper will perform in Johannesburg’s FNB Stadium on 11 October as part of his Circus Maximus World Tour.
This comes after American singer angered local fans after performing for just 30 minutes at the In The City concert in Pretoria last weekend.
TRAVIS SCOTT CONCERT – FANS SELLING LAST-MINUTE TICKETS
On social media, countless South Africans have been hoping to resell their Travis Scott concert tickets.
With just days to go, many of the US rappers’ fans are hoping to make a quick buck with the last-minute sale, and some are likely attempting to dupe the public with fake tickets.
Others fear that Travis Scott may pull a Summer Walker by performing for just 30 minutes on stage. A few have even mentioned his 2021 Astroworld disaster, where 10 people were killed in a stampede.

Radio personality Unathi said in a clip from her show: “My son and his friends are currently trying to sell his Travis Scott tickets. They don’t want to go because they don’t know what disappointment will come after spending thousands of hard-earned money.
“Not knowing whether he’s going to make it or not, or whether they’re going to be disappointed or not. It’s just bad PR”.
