The Transnet Freight Rail Young Professional-in-Training Programme is a structured two-year graduate development initiative designed to provide young graduates with both institutional knowledge and practical work experience. Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen aged 18–35 years.
- National Diploma / Diploma / BTech / Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 6 or 7) in one of the following fields:

- Auditing / Taxation / Finance
- Information Management
- Computer Science / Statistics / Mathematics
- No prior work experience required.
