About the Learnership Programme

The TotalEnergies Lubricant Manufacturing Learnership 2025 offers an exciting opportunity for young South Africans to gain hands-on experience in a professional manufacturing environment.

Participants will receive structured training and workplace exposure within TotalEnergies’ operations, focusing on production processes, equipment handling, quality control, and supply chain logistics.

This programme aims to develop skills and prepare learners for careers in the energy and manufacturing sectors, while supporting TotalEnergies’ commitment to skills development, transformation, and youth empowerment in South Africa.


Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • OR NTC4 Engineering qualification in one of the following fields:
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Chemical Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Instrumentation Engineering
    • Industrial Engineering
  • Added Advantage: TVET qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management
  • Experience: No prior work experience required (ideal for youth and recent graduates)
  • Must be a South African citizen

During the 12-month learnership, participants will:
