Emily posted a photo as she flashed her huge diamond engagement ring.

The newly-engaged couple looked smitten with each other, as they celebrated the happy news on a beach.

She captioned the picture: “It finally happened,” with a ring emoji and a heart.

Their fans raced to congratulate the couple.

Love Island’s Joanna Chimonides wrote: “OMG Congratulations,” with a string of tear emojis and hears.

Nas Majeed posted: “Congratulations to you both. Star Wars/LOTR/Pokemon themed wedding perhaps?”

In June, the Netflix reality couple welcomed their first child.

The pair, who met on Too Hot To Handle in 2020, shared a sweet photo of their newborn son.

Emily also shared what the couple have called him, naming him after her grandad who passed away.

She wrote: “Reggie Ruston Miller-Holmes 20.06.2024”

The news is extra special for the couple, as they previously suffered from an ectopic pregnancy two years earlier.

An ectopic pregnancy happens when a fertilised egg implants outside the womb.

Fertilisation, when the sperm meets the egg, happens in a fallopian tube, and usually the egg should travel to the womb where it implants.

In an ectopic pregnancy, the fertilised egg attaches itself somewhere it cannot grow.

In June, Emily candidly explained in her blog that it was an emotional time for her as the birth approached.

She said: “It’s a bitter sweet feeling today which marks 2 years since my ectopic pregnancy.

“My due date is only a week away but I had always secretly thought how weird it would be if I gave birth on the exact day. But I’m now glad that wasn’t the case as they both deserve their special day.”

The pair announced they were pregnant again on New Year’s Day.

They revealed the news with a snap of them with beaming, as Emily showed her growing baby bump, while Cam tenderly placed his hands on her tummy.

The couple – who moved in together only a month after the hit TV show came to a close – were the only pair to survive the real world from their series of the sizzling Netflix show.

That same year, Cam and Emily exclusively revealed to The Sun that they had been “inseparable” since coming off the show.

Me and Em have been very much ourselves on that show. We both love each other to bits and she is my best friend,” Cam said.
