About the Telkom Elevate Graduate Internship Programme 2026
The Elevate Graduate Internship Programme is a two-year structured development initiative designed to provide highly motivated graduates with practical work experience, mentorship, and exposure to a dynamic business environment within Telkom Group.
Graduates will rotate across relevant business units, gain cross-functional experience, and participate in strategic and operational projects aligned with their field of study. This opportunity will help participants develop professional, technical, and leadership skills necessary to thrive in South Africa’s fast-evolving digital and telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Support projects and day-to-day business operations.

Minimum Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) from a SAQA-recognised South African institution.
- Graduated within the past 2 years or completing studies by December 2025.
- Minimum average of 60% across all modules.
- No prior full-time work experience in the field.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
- Able to work shifts or overtime when required.
