ROLLING Stone Ronnie Wood says he is now powered by eggs Benedict instead of booze and drugs.
The teetotal guitarist, 78, says he looks to wolf down a portion of the US breakfast classic whenever he is on the road.

And he sometimes scoffs shepherd’s pie before performing on stage.
Ronnie said of his diet: “Every hotel I stay in, I try their eggs Benedict.
“I love sampling the way different places and countries make it. It’s my sustenance.”
The dad of six, now married to third wife Sally Humphreys, said he also makes the dish when at home for breakfast, adding: “I never have hollandaise, so I just put mustard on the ham. Or I’ll have it with smoked salmon.”
Ronnie quit booze and drugs 15 years ago after decades of substance abuse — and said he now plans how to maintain his energy.
He revealed his tour essentials are “fresh orange juice and green juice”.
He added: “Just before performing, I’ll sometimes have a little bit of shepherd’s pie.
“Some nights I come off stage ravenous, others the adrenaline’s so high I can’t think about eating.
“But after doing it for 60 years, you realise you have to refuel your body after a gig.”
