TAYLOR Swift revealed that while she was touring Europe with her Eras Tour – she began to get sick.
Sitting down with talk show host Graham Norton, the stunning hitmaker, 35, has opened up about the toll the over three-hour-long concert took on her.
Graham explained how Taylor was writing her new album, The Life of a Showgirl, while she was on The Eras Tour in the summer of 2024.
Taylor then spoke about the “craziest schedule” she had on the tour, before revealing how she was “physically exhausted” from it.
“I was starting to sort of get sick and kind of worn down,” she explained.
“And so I thought, I really need something to sort of spark up my imagination and creativity.
“And hopefully that will fuel my physical exhaustion.
“And it did.”
Taylor then recalled how she would do three shows and then fly to Sweden to record with Max Martin and Shellback.
“And it was having that little secret passion project behind the scenes that really helped me not ever hit a wall on that tour,” she added.
Sitting down with a host of famous faces, Taylor looked stunning as she donned a black minidress with silver detailing while dishing about her new album.
She could be seen beaming beside the likes of Cillian Murphy, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, Domhnall Gleeson and Lewis Capaldi during filming for the hit talk show.
Taylor was glowing as she smiled on the sofa, with her blonde locks cascading over her shoulder.
Taylor’s appearance on the hit late night talk show comes less than 24 hours since her album The Life Of A Showgirl was released.
This comes as Swifties process and fangirl over the brand new album, The Life of a Showgirl, which is packed full of songs and lyrics about Taylor’s husband-to-be Travis Kelce.
In one of the tracks, titled Wood, Taylor gushes about Travis’ “manhood” as she sings about how his “magic wand” broke the curse she was under.
And also in the alleged Kardashian diss track Wi$h Li$t, Taylor gushes about how she wants “a couple kids” with her husband-to-be.
The Life Of A Showgirl was announced back in the summer on her then-boyfriend’s podcast, New Heights.
The album announcement came shortly before Taylor revealed she was engaged to be married to hunky NFL player Travis Kelce.
