Innocent Sadiki reflects on 15 years of marriage

Skeem Saam actress Innocent Sadiki and her husband, Phindu, are celebrating 15 years of marriage.
The couple tied the knot on this day, 23 October 2010.
“Fifteen years ago today, I said ‘I do’ to the father of my kids,” expressed the actress, sharing throwback images from their wedding day.
On their 13th anniversary, Sadiki revealed that she was just 22 years old when she and her husband got married. Reflecting on their journey, she expressed her gratitude for finding lasting love.
“We are still going strong,” she said at the time. “I feel so blessed to have found the love of my life. Thirteen years married to my lover and best friend.”
Phindu Sadiki also acknowledged that their marriage has not always been easy, but credited their endurance to faith and divine grace.
“Thank you, Lord, for this wonderful powerhouse. If it hadn’t been for your favour, we wouldn’t be standing. Innocent, I love you, hun. Let’s keep pushing – I’ll keep carrying you by the bum,” he joked affectionately.
Innocent Sadiki, best known for her role as Sthoko on the popular soap Skeem Saam, was born on 30 January 1988 in Pretoria.
Raised by her grandmother after losing both parents, she and her twin sister, Millicent, have built successful careers in acting and presenting.
A graduate of AFDA, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Drama, Innocent has expanded her talents beyond acting to include filmmaking, business, and ministry.
