Natascha Viljoen will become the first woman to lead the world’s largest gold miner in its 104-year history, according to Business Tech.
The company announced that Natascha Viljoen, who currently holds the role of Chief Operating Officer, will officially take the helm on 1 January 2026.
She will succeed Tom Palmer, who is retiring.
