THE Russian shadow fleet tanker seized by joint US-UK forces has been spotted docking in Britain. The Venezuela-linked Marinera was captured in the North Atlantic as Mad Vlad’s menacing submarine fled the scene. The vessel has now been pictured as it arrived at Moray Firth in Northern Scotland.
