About the Optimi Holdings Internship Programme
Optimi Holdings (Pty) Ltd, through its College SA Division, is offering an exciting internship opportunity for dynamic and motivated individuals who are passionate about administration, learning, and innovation.
This internship is ideal for young graduates who are eager to gain valuable workplace experience within the E-Learning industry, supporting Optimi’s mission to make education accessible and efficient through technology.
All positions are Employment Equity (EE) vacancies, based in Century City, Western Cape.

- Implementation & Support
- Sales Administration
These roles are designed to provide structured, hands-on training and exposure to essential business processes within the education and technology sectors.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Eager to learn, proactive, and results-driven
- Hard-working and dedicated to professional growth
- Must be willing to complete a Business Administration NQF Level 4 qualification as part of the programme
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Interns will be responsible for:
- Filing of documents (manual and electronic)
- Document management and tracking
- Handling SETA documentation and queries
- Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Providing general administrative and office support
- Supporting learnership and training initiatives
- Assisting in project coordination and CRM maintenance
- Answering calls and managing appointments professionally
