N3 Toll Concession Proprietary Limited (N3TC) invites unemployed youth from local municipal areas along the N3 Toll Route corridor to apply for the National Certificate: Business Administration Services NQF Level 4 (or similar) Learnership Programme 2025.
Learnership Application Closing Date: 14 October 2025 at 17:00
Learnership Duration: 1 November 2025 – 31 October 2026
Location: Applicants must be willing to relocate to Johannesburg during the learnership period.
Eligible Municipal Areas
Applicants must reside within one of the following municipalities along the N3 corridor:
- uMngeni
- Mpofana
- Inkosi Langalibalele
- Alfred Duma
- Okhahlamba
- Maluti-a-Phofung
- Phumelela
- Mafube
- Dihlabeng
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be South African citizens in possession of a valid South African ID.
- Reside within the vicinity of the N3 corridor.
- Hold a valid Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Be unemployed.
- Be aged between 18 and 28 years.
- Be fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Have basic computer skills.
- Not be currently registered on another learnership, internship, YES, or experiential learning programme.
- Be available and willing to relocate to Johannesburg between 1 November 2025 and 31 October 2026.
Document Requirements
Applicants must submit clear, legible PDF copies (no pictures) of the following documents:
- CV
- Certified ID copy (not older than 1 month)
- Certified Matric Certificate (not older than 1 month)
- SARS letter
- Proof of banking details (not older than 1 month)
- Proof of address (not older than 1 month)
- Official medical certificate confirming disability (if applicable)
