TWO people have been found dead inside a parked caravan in a popular UK National Park.
Paramedics rushed to the scene in the New Forest at the weekend where they made the grim discovery.
Emergency workers then called Hampshire Police to make them aware of the “unexpected death” inside the vehicle on Pound Lane in Burley, Hampshire.
Officers attended and a 38-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man had been pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 12pm on Sunday.
A file will be prepared for the coroner and next of kin have been notified.
A spokesperson for Hampshire police said: “Shortly after midday on Sunday 12 October, our South Central Ambulance Service partners made us aware of the unexpected death of two people inside a parked campervan on Pound Lane, Burley.
“Officers attended the scene.
“A 38-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man, both from Blandford Forum, had been pronounced dead at the scene.
“Their next of kin have been notified and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
