The Uthando neS’thembu: Uncut finale promo sparks backlash after Musa Mseleku claims responsibility for MaKhumalo’s success.

The much-anticipated finale of Uthando neS’thembu: Uncut, featuring Musa Mseleku’s third wife, Thobile Khumalo (known as MaKhumalo), has caused an uproar on social media.
The backlash follows scenes of Mseleku taking credit for her professional success.
In the promo for the episode, MaKhumalo shows off her stunning new beachside home, proudly stating: “Everything that I’m becoming is through my sweat and blood.”
However, in a separate scene, Mseleku tells an unimpressed-looking MaKhumalo that she was very young when he first came into her life.
“Today she is making great strides because I have opened those doors for her,” Mseleku adds in a preview of his diary entry.
In a shocking twist, when the producer asks MaKhumalo if she still loves Musa, she responds with a chilling question: “What is love?”
This marks the sixth and final episode of the Uthando neS’thembu: Uncut special, which serves as a prelude to Season 9 of the hit reality show.
In late November 2025, Mzansi Magic confirmed that the new season is set to premiere in 2026, with production already underway.
Previous episodes of the special featured Musa’s other wives, MaCele, MaYeni, and MaNgwabe, as well as his newest fifth wife, MaKhwela, with whom he recently welcomed a newborn baby girl.
The special has showcased emotional diary confessions, Musa and MaKhumalo’s increasingly strained relationship, rising tensions between the wives, and Musa’s ongoing struggle to preserve his family unit.
