Man, 39, stabbed in violent New Year’s Day clash near NYC’s High Line: cops

The victim was knifed in the arm and hip around 6:50 a.m. during a fight with an “unidentified individual” in front of an apartment building on West 28th Street near 10th Avenue, just down the block from the iconic elevated park, police said.
