About the External Internship Programme
The Mafube Coal External Internship Programme offers graduates the opportunity to gain structured on-the-job training over a period of two years. Interns will receive mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals while developing practical skills relevant to the mining and resources sector.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 plus a relevant qualification for the internship applied for
- A valid driver’s licence
- Sound knowledge of safety systems, regulations, and standards
- Willingness to work shifts, standbys, and call-outs when required
- Must be in possession of, or able to obtain, a certificate of fitness
