The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry will resume its hearings on Monday, 26 January, the commission confirmed in a statement on Monday afternoon.
Spokesperson Jeremy Michaels said the commission will continue from where it left off in December 2025.
Preliminary report
The inquiry concluded for the year on 5 December, following testimony from Police Minister Senzo Mchunu.
A preliminary report was subsequently handed over to President Cyril Ramaphosa on 17 December.
The Madlanga Commission is expected to continue its investigations into the matters under review, with further testimony from key witnesses and officials.
