About the Learnership

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Attend all required training sessions.
- Shadow experienced professionals to gain hands-on knowledge.
- Assist with day-to-day departmental administrative tasks, including:
- General office administration
- Answering and operating the telephone system
- Boardroom coordination and maintenance
- Filing and document sorting
- Coordination of travel bookings
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other SETA-funded programme.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office proficiency).
- Commitment to the full duration of the programme.
