Throughout this season of Love Is Blind, Jordan has been super open about his son, Luca and their close relationship. Outside of the pods, Megan got to meet Luca, but it was never aired. In a new interview, he breaks down how the wholesome meeting went.
Jordan co-parents Luca with Luca’s biological mum and her partner. While they were in the Love Is Blind pods, Jordan and Megan bonded over his son’s diabetes diagnosis, as Megan’s dad also had type one diabetes. She made it clear that she was very excited to be a step-mum and would prioritise taking care of Luca.
The 30-year-old service assistant went on AD’s podcast, What’s The Reality, and spoke about how the meeting between Meg, Luca and his biological mum really went.

“Off-camera, Megan met Luca’s mum. How did that meeting go in your opinion?” AD asked.
“That was very important for me, for them to get along. I really needed Luca’s mum to be approving, we’ve spent so much time building this healthy co-parenting relationship,” Jordan said.
“We just have that mutual respect for each other.”
He set up a dinner for Megan to be introduced to the rest of his family in a low pressure environment, no cameras involved. According to Jordan, the producers wanted to have the meeting filmed, but when Jordan asked for privacy they were very understanding. Thankfully, the meeting went really well.

“Dinner was so great and everyone jived so well,” Jordan said.
He added: “It was another checkmark the universe kinda sent to be like, this is what I need to do and this is going to work.”
As for Megan and Luca, they immediately clicked.
“It came so organically and naturally, they were just two peas in a pod,” Jordan said. “I was like, I’m making the right choice here, I picked the right person.”
He explained exactly why he didn’t end up having Luca in the series.
“After some healthy discussion we were like let’s not. To bring such a young child to this global platform? I don’t think a kid can really consent to that.”
