Kim Kardashian has terrifyingly revealed that she’s been diagnosed with a potentially fatal brain aneurysm, during the new season of The Kardashians.
During the teaser for an upcoming episode, Kim is shown undergoing a brain scan with her revealing that the scans show there’s a “little aneurysm” which she claims happened as a result of “stress.”

Whilst stress can contribute to the cause of a brain aneurysm, they can’t be formed as a result of stress alone, but what exactly could the diagnosis mean for Kim Kardashian?
Well, whilst around one in fifty people have brain aneurysms, if they get larger they have the potentially to rupture, which can be fatal.
The main symptom that an aneurysm could have ruptured is experiencing a thunderclap headache, which results in excruciating pain and lasts around five minutes.

The NHS also states that other symptoms of an aneurysm include eye pain, vision changes, feeling dizzy or off-balance, numbness or weakness impacting one side of the face, struggling to concentrate, difficulty talking and short-term memory issues.
Kim Kardashian’s doctor explained that the aneurysm was small and non-ruptured, but regular monitoring and follow-up imaging have been recommended, with no surgical intervention yet required.
