World-renowned DJ Black Coffee just secured the priciest property deal in South Africa this year, dropping R157 million ($9 million) on one of Clifton’s most talked-about houses in Cape Town, News24 reports.
This is reportedly one of the most expensive home purchases in the country this year.
The home sits on Nettleton Road in Clifton, an upscale neighborhood on Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard, where properties often sell from R90 million upwards.
As reported by News24, Black Coffee bought the house through Little Ark Holdings, a company registered under his name.
Created by Stefan Antoni’s architect firm, SAOTA, the home sits high above Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard, offering panoramic views of the ocean and the Twelve Apostles.
