Self-proclaimed CIA agent Brown Mogotsi levied sensational, unverified claims at the Madlanga Commission, alleging the Zulu King and KZN police boss are CIA spies, and that Bheki Cele and Fannie Masemola received multimillion-rand kickbacks from crime boss “Cat” Matlala.
His testimony was aggressively dismissed by the Commission’s evidence leader, who labelled him a “professional liar,” due to a severe lack of proof.
