South African actress and entrepreneur Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa has confirmed that she is officially divorced from her ex-husband, Black Coffee, real name Nkosinathi Maphumolo.
Mlotshwa expressed deep gratitude and reflection as she closed this chapter in her life. One she described as an “ugly journey” that taught her powerful lessons about strength, faith, and self-worth.
“Today with great emotion I write this. I am officially Miss Mlotshwa,” she began. “I’m so grateful for this ugly journey that gave me so many lessons. Today God has laid a table for me.”
Mlotshwa went on to thank the legal team that represented her throughout the divorce process, praising their dedication and compassion.
She singled out Jerry Nkeli, whom she described as a father figure after the passing of her own father, as well as the entire team of lawyers.
“These lawyers, advocates and senior attorneys have pushed me and reminded me of the greatness I had in me,” she wrote. “They reminded me how important it was to fight – most importantly for my children, and more so for the rights of women in South Africa.”
The Blood Legacy star also shared a moving tribute to her mother, Bongi Mlotshwa, her sister, Kutlwano Molete, and her close circle of friends who stood by her through sleepless nights, silent struggles, and emotional battles.
“My mother took on this journey as if it were her own,” she wrote. “She felt every emotion I felt and held space for me when I refused to sink back into depression.”
“To my sister, even after her operation, she was in court with me holding my hand when I was holding back tears. Your soul is beautiful, and I thank Dad for bringing you into this world.”
Mlotshwa ended her message by thanking her true friends for respecting her privacy and maintaining silence about her personal life despite intense public scrutiny.
“Nothing of my intimate life has ever spilled out onto the media and I’m grateful to have true friends I can trust with my life,” she said. “Thank you God, thank you Jesus, for making me strong. Thank you to my angels and ancestors.”
