HOUSE OF YMZ went down as one of the best DJ series to hit the music scene in 2025.
The series focuses on showcasing local talent…I mean local DJs. House of YMZ, a DJ-led event series known for celebrating sound and culture, curates nights featuring live sets from both local and international acts.
In 2025, it expanded its reach by collaborating with Smirnoff ICE for the Mampara Week campaign, as well as hosting the opening competitions for the Smirnoff ICE contest, which awarded the winner a spot on the lineup.
The most-streamed House of YMZ episodes were led by DJ Success SA, garnering an impressive 2.6 million views, followed by Sam Deep and FATSO 98 with 58,000 views each, and Lochive with 42,000 views.
Meanwhile, other episodes are steadily growing in popularity, including sets from Jade T, Yolophonik, DJ SKY, Circles & Squares, and Baby Whitz, proving the series continues to champion local talent and deliver unforgettable DJ experiences that keep fans coming back for more.
