If you’re starting to wonder if Divarni might be on MAFS UK to get famous, his track record in life before the show might solidify that thought. Before stepping up to marry Julia-Ruth without having met her, he’s tried his hand at the big time multiple times.

When Divarni joined the cast of MAFS UK 2025, it was said he’s a musician. He performs under the name Ashley Wright, and has released a bunch of singles. In a link in his bio on Instagram, it explains his “album [is] on the way”.
His debut EP Transgressions was released on Apple Music in 2018. During his career, he had a headline show at Pop in Brixton!
According to his LinkedIn, Divarni has also managed other artists. He’s also the CEO of Loneboy Records, and London based label.

In the biggest flex of them all, Divarni appeared in the Bridgerton spin-off, Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story. He’s shared a couple of behind the scenes pics on Instagram, and a video of him on the show. He’s very much in the background of the scene, but there nonetheless.
Plus a couple of other shows
Divarni’s acting work expands beyond Regency England. He’s also starred in Netflix show Half Bad and Prime Video’s Riches. He has an IMDb which also lists him as having a couple of uncredited roles too, in a film called Pretty Red Dress and another Fisherman’s Friend: One and All.

He’s given the big screen a go, having a role in the Wicked movie. In a post on Instagram, Divarni said: “A huge Thank you @tochi for setting up this long awaited premier as well as keeping the magic alive. Additionally thank you @jonmchu for creating the best depiction of Wicked and allowing myself and the amazing people I have met on this film and being apart of such an amazing production.
“Such an unforgettable opportunity ‘Everyone deserves to fly’ @cynthiaerivo & @arianagrande what can I say… such an emotional and true inspiration.”

I swear, every year it comes out that a MAFS UK cast member was on Dinner Date. This time, it’s Divarni. He was on the show in 2021, and was one of five guys who cooked up a storm and dated TOWIE’s Chloe Brockett.
He used his stage name for the show. On it, he made Chloe garlic bread, salmon, and apple pie. Unfortunately, he wasn’t the guy she chose for a second date. A shame!
