VICTORIA Beckham today lays bare the touching realities of marriage to one of Britain’s best-looking men, saying: “Even David Beckham snores!”
Posh Spice, 51, reveals she wears earplugs to cope with Goldenballs’ bedtime wheezing.

In our exclusive chat this is the Posh Spice I was desperate to see: Brilliant, witty, self-deprecating — and oh-so real.
She admits: “I wear ear plugs. Let me tell you, it ain’t for fun.
“What do you think I’m doing it for? It’s not to pull a look in bed.
“He might look like that, but breaking news, even my husband snores. I have to have the ear plugs.”
Work in progress
Mum-of-four Victoria, 51, is speaking as her triumphant Netflix documentary hits screens this week.
She and ex—England footie skipper turned entrepreneur David, 50, are worth a combined £500million.
He was also voted People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive 2015.
But when I tell Victoria his snoring would see him banished to the spare room in my household, she laughs: “That’s not healthy, you don’t want to do that.
“That’s why you’ve got to do the earplugs.
“Or embrace the snore, and I can’t do that, so just block out the noise!”
The couple are clearly as in love, and content, as at any time in their 26-year marriage.
Warming to her theme, Victoria adds: “I have my LED mask I wear every night” — which would account for her annoyingly dewy skin.
There’s more details about home life: “We don’t watch that much TV, maybe the occasional series.
“We watched Sylvester Stallone’s Tulsa King and enjoyed that.
“Then we both like listening to podcasts.
Yes, I have had therapy. I think it’s really healthy.
It’s something that’s so acceptable and positive to talk about out now. I am happy to say I’ve had it.

“And of course I read a lot of thrillers in bed so, you know, David Beckham, had better sleep with one eye open…”
A recent favourite is Freida McFadden’s The Housemaid’s Secret, billed as a “psychological thriller with a shocking twist”.
Victoria recommends reads to David who, because of his OCD, buys his own copy days later.
Victoria may be a fifth of the Spice Girls, a supremely successful businesswoman, fashion designer and loving mother but she insists she is still a work in progress.

David and Victoria are clearly as in love as at any time in their marriage[/caption]
She has bravely opened up about battling an eating disorder during the height of her Spice Girls fame[/caption]
She believes she has battled imposter syndrome for much of her working life — and mental health is a subject close to her heart.
She reveals: “Yes, I have had therapy.
“I think it’s really healthy.
“It’s something that’s so acceptable and positive to talk about out now.
“I am happy to say I’ve had it.
“And the way we’ve brought up our kids is all about communication. It’s good to talk.
“As a family we try to have dinner together every night — it’s phones down and ‘What has everyone done today?’
“Just making sure that it’s a safe forum for everybody to be honest and talk and laugh.
Being strong and knowing that’s what I do every day to be able to work properly is so important

“We’re so much more aware of mental health these days, which is just so healthy.
“Doing the (Netflix) show was like therapy.
“It was emotional at times.
“There are certain things your mind has the amazing ability to forget because there were triggering things along the way.
“I went into this saying I didn’t want to talk about the Spice Girls because I’ve spent 20 years building this fashion brand.
“So I’m mindful I’ve been fighting these preconceptions that I’m just a celebrity face for 20 years.
“Only now do I feel I’ve earned my right to show in Paris.
“Now I can reflect and talk without worrying it’s going to affect my brand. I finally feel I don’t have anything to prove to anyone.
“I am enough.”
“That” Paris show was the unveiling of her spring/summer 2026 collection — which would have been unthinkable 20 years ago.
Famously-pouted one
Back then, she was dismissed as something of a sartorial joke by snooty designers keen to fiercely guard their patch.
Today her brand sells more than £115million of clothes annually and is worn by everyone from Catherine, Princess of Wales to former First Lady Michelle Obama and actress Daisy Edgar-Jones.
One of Victoria’s kohl eyeliners sells every 30 seconds. Her £37 Posh lipstick has a cult following.
So while the famously-pouted-one may still not crack a smile on the outside, on the inside she’s laughing all the way to the bank.
It is fitting, then, that we are chatting in her flagship Dover Street store in London.
Her next goal is shops in Paris and the US.
This is her first tabloid newspaper interview in almost 15 years.
I’m desperate not to f*** it up.
We meet hours before her glitzy red carpet premiere on Wednesday, and are both giddy on adrenaline (albeit for very different reasons).

Victoria often works 14-hour days and seems to survive on the bare minimum of sleep[/caption]
Victoria’s parents, Jackie and Tony, feature in the series as do sons Brooklyn, 26, Romeo, 23 and Cruz, 20. Daughter Harper, 14, has a scene-stealing cameo.
Questions about Brooklyn are off the table in the wake of their widely reported falling out.
Whatever the reality, it is clear Victoria adores all four children.
When I ask how she defines herself today, “mother” is the first word she shoots back with.
She adds: “I feel proud trying to be the best mum I can be.”
Chatting over a Dash raspberry sparkling water, former self-confessed control freak Victoria reveals she hadn’t seen the final edit of the show, adding” “I was OK to be in the hands of the editor; I leant into the process, and trusted it.”
She need not worry.
She comes across superbly, giving real insight into the struggles of keeping her business flourishing.
One that was £10million in the red at one time.
There is a scene which sees her painstakingly labouring over minor tweaks to a make-up bag.
It is such attention to detail that enabled her to launch her heralded online beauty brand, one that is crucially affordable to all.
David and I like to party. We have a brilliant group of friends. It’s about balance.

Victoria often works 14-hour days, seems to survive on bare minimum sleep, and before our chat has done her usual 90-minute workout.
She is a machine: “Oh and there’s still so much I want to do.”
In the show she bravely talks about her eating disorder at the height of the Spice Girls’ fame — four years she has battled to free herself from the shackles of.
In episode one, viewers see her effortlessly squatting 30kg.
She explains she has transferred her food obsession into a gym one.
“Yes, I’ve managed to turn it around into being healthy now,” she muses.
“Being strong and knowing that’s what I do every day to be able to work properly is so important.
“I do the Stairmaster for half an hour on my own before (personal trainer) Bobby Rich and David arrive.
“Then I do about an hour with them.
“It sets me up for the day.
“It’s that discipline, it’s what I do, and I like routine.
“I do those bloody hundred floors for 15 minutes on that bloody Stairmaster every day. And if I don’t do that, I don’t feel like I’ve had a proper workout.
“But to be clear, I also love a drink.
“David and I like to party.
“We have a brilliant group of friends.
“It’s about balance.

Victoria’s new three-part series is out on Netflix[/caption]
“I mean, let’s face it, there are certain drinks like a Bloody Mary that are basically a health drink.”
On the subject of drinks, David has built a wine cellar in their Cotswolds manor, and the couple have been teaching themselves about wines.
Having joked she loved a Lambrusco in her early years, she looks mildly appalled when I ponder if she likes the cheap stuff now: “No.”
She says she and David are still incredibly romantic, but not in the way of grand gestures or expensive gifts: “It’s the little things that mean a lot.”
She adds: “I think we just really care about each other.
“We do leave notes and stuff like that.
‘Really caring about each other’
“He’s going away tomorrow so I put all his little vitamin bags together.
“We have so many vitamins.
“I assemble all the little bags for him. And in the morning he’ll always make our protein shakes.
“Sometimes he’ll cook dinner and does all these kind of things. It’s just really caring about each other.
“We still have a lot of fun together; the other weekend we went to our local in the country and had a lovely lunch.
“We do normal things, and we have similar interests like art and wines.
“And he makes me laugh. I think this is the most important thing.”
But, Victoria, who’s the funnier one? “Oh God, me. Obviously.”
And there we have it.
This couple have ridden storms together but, unquestionably, their dynamic is one any married couple would do well to aspire.
They may have over 200million followers between them, but ultimately Victoria and David Beckham are one another’s greatest fans.
- Victoria Beckham is available now to stream on Netflix.
HOW POSH IS POSH?
VICTORIA stole the show in David’s Netflix show, when he ribbed her about her “posh” upbringing.
“My dad had a Rolls-Royce”, became an internet meme.
So, what I’m desperate to know is — how Posh is Posh, really?
Ever scooped up your dogs’ poos?
“Yeah, of course. I can’t stand it when people don’t. It’s not OK in the park.”
What soap is in your downstairs loo?
“Aesop.”
Have you ever been to Lidl?
“No, but my mum shops there.”
Last Amazon purchase?
“Nipple covers.”
Have you ever tried a Big Mac?
“Yes! I think I was brought up on McDonald’s.”
Have you commissioned any family paintings?
“No, but that would actually be quite a good gift for David . . . ”
Do you have a Club Card?
“No.”
Have you got a Vinted account?
“Huh?”
When did you last hoover?
“I haven’t hoovered in many, many years.”
Have you ever flown easyJet?
“Yes, loads! I’ve even flown Ryanair!”
Do you drink cheap wine?
“No.”
Have you ever had a cheeky Nando’s?
“No.”
Do you do the big supermarket shop?
“No, we shop online. I might have a potter around the deli in the Cotswolds at the weekend.”
Are you called Lady Victoria at home?
“No! Anyway, David hasn’t even got his knighthood yet!”
