Programme Purpose
The Growthpoint Graduate Programme is an 11-month experiential learning journey that empowers graduates to develop strategic insight, professional confidence, and a strong foundation in property management and development.
Through this programme, participants will:

Programme Details
- Duration: 11 months
- Contract Type: Fixed-term Graduate Placement
- Locations: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban
- Exposure: Multiple business divisions, including off-site operational environments
- Support: Continuous mentorship from a Senior Manager and industry professionals
- Development: Includes a role-specific learnership to fast-track growth and skills development
