Programme Overview
This 12-month internship provides valuable, supervised workplace exposure within a dynamic sugar manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will join teams across Finance, Environment, Agriculture, HR, and IT at Gledhow Sugar Company (Reg. No. 2000/025423/07), based in KwaDukuza.

Eligibility Criteria
- Matric (Grade 12), plus a relevant Degree/Diploma in one of the following:
- BCom/Diploma: Financial Accounting / Cost & Management Accounting
- BSc/Diploma: Environmental Management / Agriculture
- Degree/Diploma: Human Resources / Industrial Psychology
- Degree/Diploma: Information Technology
Job Requirements
- Pre-employment medical examination (compulsory)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Driver’s licence is an advantage
Stipend & Duration
- Duration: 12 months
- Stipend: Market-related (as per company policy)
