Maybe even more so than Selling Sunset, you can’t help but doubt if the cast of Selling The OC are actually selling houses. Yes, we get to look inside some gorgeous properties, and watch the agents host lavish open houses, but does the deal ever get done?
Netflix really makes it look as though drama comes first, and work comes second. And let’s be real, so it should. But, in case you’re wondering how much work *really* gets done in The O Group office, here’s a rundown of how many houses the cast of Selling The OC have actually sold.
Gio Helou – 57 houses

As much as Gio goes on about how much of a big dog he is, his stats match up. Gio has sold well over $100m in real estate, and bagged the most sales out of anyone in the OC office. Ok! We get it!
In terms of The O Group in general, the top Sunset realtor is Mary who has sold 45, and then Jason Oppenheim has sold over 500 homes. So, Gio really is up there across the whole company.
Alex Hall – 29 houses

Um guys, according to records Alex Hall smashes it. She has a background in interior design, and has now sold loads of houses across her real estate career.
Polly Brindle – Apparently lots, but exact stats aren’t available

Polly looks to have sold lots of houses in her career, but she seems to add a partner, Justin, on all of her listings. Joint listings don’t have very readily available numbers. We’ll have to take her word for it!
Brandi Marshall – 10 houses

Brandi has sold 10 houses in career, as per listings site, Houses.com. The average cost of the houses she has sold is $1.3million.
Austin Victoria – Eight houses

According to Zillow, Austin has sold eight houses. However, Zillow stats don’t always take into consideration joint listings, so he appears to have sold eight solo listings across his career.
Fiona Belle – Two houses

New girl Fiona has sold two properties. According to Zillow, these were a $1.1million home three months ago, and a $640k property around a year ago.
Ashtyn Zerboni – Two houses

New girl Ashtyn has sold the equal least, currently having closed on just two houses. They were a $720k property last year, and a $1.7million home earlier this year.
