A former Celebs Go Dating star has stunned fans after showing off a jaw-dropping transformation nearly a decade after appearing on the hit E4 show.

YouTuber Jack Jones shot to fame with his cheeky prank videos before signing up for Celebs Go Dating back in 2016.
Jack, now 31, was known for his laddish banter and boy-next-door looks – but fast-forward nine years and the social media star has undergone a total reinvention, swapping his old image for a ripped physique.
Fans were left stunned after he posted a recent pic showing off his muscular frame, with many branding the transformation “remarkable” and “insane.”
Jack regularly posts on Instagram showing off his muscles at the gym, as well as loved-up snaps with his girlfriend Saba.
He captioned a topless lift selfie with: “This is why I train & eat correctly throughout the year.
“So now I can confidently take my shirt off & not have to worry about a fat belly popping out.”
During his time on the E4 reality show, Jack faced a super fan, Shaunna, who admitted that Jack was her “biggest celebrity crush”.
However, at the mixer, Shaunna was not happy to see Jack speaking to other girls.
She shouted: “Get the f*** away from my man, b****!”
Jack didn’t choose Shaunna to go on a date with – which left her fuming.
She broke down and ran to the bathroom in tears, saying: “I’ve just made an idiot of myself.
“I got pied the f*** off. The awkward girl who is everyone’s friend who never gets a lad.”
Since then, Jack has found love with his girlfriend Saba – who he has been dating since 2017.

Jack wore black swim shorts with a baseball cap and showed off his muscular build.
While Saba showcased her sensational curves in a blue plunging bikini.
He captioned the snap: “Beautiful place + beautiful girlfriend = perfect.”
