About the Columbus Stainless Bursary Programme
Columbus Stainless, a leading stainless steel manufacturer, is offering an all-inclusive bursary for the 2026 academic year to support students pursuing studies in Industrial Engineering (BEng).
This bursary aims to assist talented students who demonstrate academic excellence and are committed to completing their engineering studies at a recognised South African tertiary institution.
Fields Covered
Bursaries will be awarded for:
- Industrial Engineering (BEng) undergraduate studies
Note: This bursary does not fund diploma studies.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Columbus Stainless Bursary 2026, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be studying full-time towards a BEng Industrial Engineering degree.
- Must be entering your 2nd or 3rd year of study in 2026.
- Must have a minimum overall average of 65%.
- Must be enrolled at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa.
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following supporting documents with their online application (incomplete applications will not be accepted):
- Certified copy of South African ID.
- Matric certificate.
- Full academic record / transcripts.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- A recent photo (head and shoulders).
- Any other relevant certificates or documents.
