Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Have NQF Level 2 / Grade 10 or higher
- Have basic computer skills
- Be unemployed (affidavit required)
- Be aged 18–34
- Not be studying at any institution
- Not owe outstanding fees to the College of Cape Town
- Be able to attend training at Gardens Campus:
Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 - Not have completed any learnership before
- Commit to full-time 12-month training

- Certified ID copy
- Certified highest qualification / statement of results
- Proof of address
- Affidavit confirming unemployment
