CELEBRITY Traitors fans have pointed out a hilarious blunder with Joe Marler in a blink-and-you’ll miss it moment.
The former England rugby player is one of the 19 famous faces taking part in the first celebrity version of the hit BBC show.

The celebs had to dig their own graves to try and find a shield that would protect them from the first murder[/caption]
The first episode threw the celebrities in at the deep end straightaway, with host Claudia Winkleman welcoming them to a graveyard full of headstones bearing their names.
She explained that they would all have to dig their own graves to try and find a shield, and the first six celebrities to locate one would be safe from the first murder.
Keen to avoid being the first to meet their maker, the celebrities were primed and ready, so when Claudia finished counting down, they all pounced on their graves and started digging with their hands or whatever they could find.
But one eagle-eyed Traitors viewer saw that Joe, 35, channelled his former rugby days and dived on the grass, not the grave.
Sharing a boomerang of the moment on X, they wrote: “Love how Joe Marler just threw himself on the ground, nowhere near the grave.”
However, it could have been more of a tactic than a blunder on Joe’s part, as he was seen seconds later using a shovel to dig through the mud on his grave, rather than his hands.
In the end, he was one of the six celebrities to secure a shield, and he didn’t give it up during their first team challenge involving a Trojan horse, so he remains safe from the first murder.
Meanwhile, some viewers are convinced the BBC gave a clue before the show even started as to who future Traitors might be.
The first show saw Claudia pick Alan Carr, Jonathan Ross and Cat Burns to be the ones to murder the Faithful.
However, a fan took to Reddit to discuss how the trio had skulls under their portraits in a post shared on the BBC’s TikTok, and they weren’t the only ones.
Among the 19 celebrities, six had skulls in their picture, the current three Traitors as well as Stephen Fry, Nick Mohammed and Kate Garraway.
They wrote alongside it: “Just saw a post from Jake, one of the winners of the UK season 3 mentioning a post from the BBC tiktok account.
“It has every celebrity and their photographs on top of what looks to be a fireplace.
“The interesting thing is that 6 out of the 19 have a skull underneath, 3 of which are the traitors selected in tonight’s episode, is this a coincidence?
“Are the other 3 for recruited traitors down the line?”

Three other celebs including Stephen Fry also had skulls, and viewers think it’s a clue to who will end up being Traitors later in the series[/caption]
