LEWIS HAMILTON has thanked fans for making an “incredible” Lego portrait of his dog Roscoe after he passed away last month.
The Ferrari ace shared the sad news that his pet had died after being put in a coma following a battle with pneumonia.

It caused Roscoe’s heart to stop as vets attempted to save him.
The Formula One driver didn’t know if his beloved dog would ever wake up and eventually confirmed the sad news he had died in an emotional Instagram post.
Hamilton has received an outpouring of support on social media since Roscoe’s death and he said one in particular “really touched me”.
The 40-year-old showed off a Lego painting resembling Roscoe’s face.
The portrait was made up of tiny separate Lego scenes featuring different figurines which paid tribute to Hamilton’s career in Formula 1, his hobbies and home life.
Hamilton’s love of gym, gaming and cycling were all depicted in the artwork, as well as Roscoe’s skateboard, leaving the F1 star blown away.
He said: “This lego portrait of Roscoe really touched me. The amount of detail in it is incredible and I can’t imagine how long it took.
“Thank you to Karen and Ilona for making this and sending it to me.

“It’s still very painful and will be forever, but all of the support is helping me through this tremendously. I can’t thank you all enough.
“Many of you out there have also lost a pet so I know wherever Roscoe is he’s got tons of friends.
“He’s surrounded by love and good vibes, just as he was when he was alive.”
Hamilton returned to F1 earlier this month for the first time since Roscoe’s death at the Singapore Grand Prix.
He revealed how the support of fans across the world had helped him while grieving.

Hamilton said: “[I’ve received] Lots of messages. [It’s been] Quite overwhelming to be honest, to see just how many people Roscoe touched around the world.
“And really heartwarming to receive. I’ve not been able to reply to everybody.
“It was the most important thing in my life, so it was a very difficult experience.
“And I know so many people in the world have gone through it, and know what it’s like to have a pet that’s just that gives you such amazing love, and it’s an amazing experience.
“I’m really just looking forward to now just getting back in the car and doing what I love doing here.”
