About the YES Programme
The Youth Employment Services (YES) initiative is a government-supported programme aimed at addressing youth unemployment by providing workplace experience and skills development.
Bidvest International Logistics is participating in this initiative to empower young South Africans through practical training in the Transport and Logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Commit to a full 12-month YES Programme.
- Complete 25 theoretical and practical modules through the YES online platform.
- Compile and submit a full portfolio of evidence upon programme completion.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following:
- Completed Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Age between 18 and 34 years.
- Must be unemployed.
- Must be available full-time for 12 months.
- Have a strong interest in the Transport and Logistics industry.
- Must not be registered for any academic studies during the programme period.
- Must not have participated in a YES Programme before.
