Mine de Klerk, the wife of Springboks scrumhalf Faf de Klerk, shared new photos of their baby girl via an Instagram post on Thursday 4 December.

Mine de Klerk shared adorable photos of their new baby Yuke De Klerk❤️ along with her husband Faf and their first daughter Remi-Ré. The pair welcomed Remi-Ré in February 2024 and Yuke in November 2025.
In the caption of the post, Mine expressed that they miss Faf. Take a look…

WHERE IS FAF DE KLERK?
Faf is currently in Japan, where he plays for Yokohama Canon Eagles. He has been sidelined since January 2024 due to a knee surgery. He has since returned starting a friendly match against the Urayasu D-Rocks in late November 2025.
He arrived in Japan ahead of the Japan Rugby League One kicking off on 14 December. He is not the only Springbok in Japan.
Cheslin Kolbe and his family is also currently in Japan and spending the festive season there. He plays for Tokyo Sungoliath in the Japan Rugby League One. Cheslin’s wife Layla revealed that their family has arrived in Japan via an Instagram post on Tuesday 2 December. The pair have three children together Kylah (6), Mila Sky (3) and Cayden (1).
“Japan take 3 🇯🇵. What a year in SA especially for the kids- beautiful friendships, teachers they adored, a sense of home and so many memories. Leaving that behind makes the goodbyes so much heavier,” she wrote.
“Missing a family wedding and being away for our 9th festive season are the harder parts of this rugby journey… but always grateful for the doors it opens too. Now we’re settling back in, jet lagged, awake at 1.30am and starving because our ‘dinner’ was actually breakfast according to our body clocks.
