THIS is the moment a cop grabs a teenage girl by the throat and puts her in a headlock for dodging a train fare.
A British Transport Police officer who violently detained the 15-year-old has now been found guilty of assault by beating.

In shocking footage, Adrian Young, 48, used force on the girl at Camden Road Underground station in September 2024.
The girl was spotted pushing through the barriers before Young approached her from behind in the ticket hall and grabbed her around the neck.
CCTV footage shows him holding her in a headlock for 30 seconds as the 15-year-old is seen struggling to get away.
Young goes on to drag her back through the barrier, placing his hand around her throat and pushing her up against at ticket machine.
She was arrested and put in handcuffs at the scene by Young before she was then de-arrested.
There were several witnesses to the incident and a a nearby onlooker can be seen trying to intervene.
A complaint was lodged by one member of the public with the incident then referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) by the BTP.
The IOPC then sent evidence to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Young was found guilty of assault by beating on Wednesday following a two-day trial at Westminster Magistrates Court.
The court heard last month that Young – who was part of the London Overground Tasking Team – had responded to a request for assistance at the station from railway staff.
The IOPC also found that PC Young should face a gross misconduct hearing for allegedly breaching the police standards of professional behaviour.
They said they will work with the BTP to swiftly progress disciplinary proceedings.
PC Young remains suspended from duty and will be sentenced on November 13.
Assistant Chief Constable Sean O’Callaghan said: “I’d like to be absolutely clear that the actions of PC Young during this incident were appalling, demonstrating a completely unnecessary and unacceptable use of force against a child which has seen him be convicted of assault today.
“Police officers are rightly expected to maintain control of any situation and by not doing so, PC Young has undermined public confidence in BTP and the high standards we hold our officers to every day.
“We thank the IOPC for their investigation and will be looking to progress with internal disciplinary proceedings as soon as possible.”
IOPC Director Emily Barry said that all officers are trained to use force “that is necessary, proportionate and reasonable in the circumstances”.
“On this occasion, there was no lawful reason for the force used by PC Young, which could have resulted in serious injuries, particularly as he was dealing with a child who was considerably smaller than him,” she said.
“The incident was witnessed by several members of the public who expressed concerns at the scene about the officer’s actions, with one of the witnesses making a complaint to BTP that ultimately led to us carrying out an independent investigation.
“This shows that the public can have confidence in the police complaints system and that the IOPC will hold officers to account for their actions, with PC Young now convicted of a criminal offence.”

GIANT Arslanbek Makhmudov claims he has an agreement to fight Anthony Joshua – so long as he beats Dave Allen.
He said: “I think if he (Joshua) returns, he’ll box Makhmudov, if Makhmudov beats me. If I win, I don’t think I’ll box Joshua, but that’s what I think will happen.”
Allen was a regular sparring partner of Joshua’s when the 2012 Olympic gold medallist trained out Team GB’s Sheffield HQ.
And he told Carl Froch: “I want to box Anthony Joshua. That’s the dream fight for any active heavyweight I think.
“I think he’s still the biggest money fight out there. I used to spar him here three times a week. I’d love to box him.
“That’s always been the dream. “We were good mates years ago and he’s the dream fight.”

A POPULAR 90s fashion brand will make a return to the high street for the first time in over a decade.
Kookai, the Aussie fashion brand, is plotting a comeback after last exiting the UK back in 2013.
Kookai is plotting a return in the UK
That’s according to a report in Retail Week, which said the brand is in talks with property agents Forty Group to advise on a site in London.
The brand, which has been previously sported by Paula Yates, hopes to be open and trading come springnext year.
Sources close to the outlet also said it was planning a “careful” rollout, with a few stores in selective areas.
Kookai first launched in France in 1983, but is currently owned by Australian brand Magi, which bought the brand in 2017.
It opened two stores in London over the 1990s, and continued to expand during the 2000s.
However, it crashed into administration in 2006 and had to wind down its UK business as part of a restructuring in 2013.
The Sun has approached Forty Group and Kookai for comment.
It will be the first time in over a decade that fans of the brand can shop its chic garments in person.
But the brand has an online store which ships to the UK.
Kookai joins a host of other big-name brands from the 90s plotting a comeback on British high streets.
Laura Ashleyhas opened a brand new store in Lakeside shopping centre in Essex.
The fashion brand, whichcounted the late Princess Diana as a fan, was founded in 1953 and its trends became a favourite in the ’70s, with homewares following in the ’80s.
But it became one of many retail casualties of the pandemic, with the brand crashing into administration in 2020.
Ted Baker is also plotting a return in early 2026,
It is understood the brand is planning to return to London, with more details to be confirmed closer to the time.
It’s not clear yet how many shops there will be or whether there will be any outside the capital.
The retailer had crashed into administration and shut all of its stores in 2023.
What does going into administration mean?
WHEN a company enters into administration, all control is passed to an appointed administrator.
The administrator has to leverage the company’s assets and business to repay creditors any outstanding debts.
Once a company enters administration, a “moratorium” is put in place which means no legal action can be taken against it.
Administrators write to your creditors and Companies House to say they’ve been appointed.
They try to stop the company from being liquidated (closing down), and if it can’t it pays as much of a company’s debts from its remaining assets.
The administrator has eight weeks to write a statement explaining what they plan to do to move the business forward.
This must be sent to creditors, employees and Companies House and invite them to approve or amend the plans at a meeting.
A Notice of Intention is used to inform concerning parties that a company intends to enter administration.
It is a physical document which is submitted to court, usually by directors aiming to prevent a company from being liquidated.
Like with a standard administration process, a Notice of Intention stops creditors from taking out any legal action over a company while they try and rectify the business.
