A whole year has gone since Adam and Polly made their MAFS debut. Their weekly rows were a big part of my schedule that autumn. Here’s a look at where Adam and Polly stand now, and whether they’re in new relationships.
Adam and Polly definitely aren’t together anymore
Despite all the their arguments, Adam and Polly somehow made it to the final vows ceremony of MAFS UK 2024. They chose not to stay together, though. Both of them seemed pretty done with the drama once they’d finished filming.

While MAFS was on TV, Polly and Adam did still follow each other on Instagram. She was still praising Adam during the final week of the show. Polly felt “incredibly proud of Adam’s journey” and wrote, “There really is no one else I’d of wanted to do it with.”
But something seems to have changed between them. In the months after MAFS aired, it became pretty apparent they’re on terrible terms again.
The couple are no longer talking. Polly told the Mirror: “I haven’t spoken to him since the last reunion. I don’t see us ever being friends again, purely because there’s a lot that he hasn’t taken responsibility for. He hasn’t taken any accountability for the fact he still thinks he doesn’t owe me an apology after body-shaming me and bringing up our sex life on national television.”
Adam and Polly were supposed to reunite for the February reunion. However, Polly changed her mind and didn’t show. She went to Centre Parks with her friends instead. She explained on her Instagram story: “I pulled out two days before because it just wasn’t the best decision for me at the time. I wanted to stay with my best friends who genuinely cared about the head space I was in at the time.”
Adam hasn’t gone into depth about the fallout. He hasn’t made much reference to Polly’s existence since MAFS. He wrote in November that “being accused of things you haven’t done, and called names is crazy..” then he confirmed in February that he wasn’t on speaking terms with Polly. That’s all we’ve heard.
Polly and Adam haven’t been spotted at any of the same events. They don’t follow each other on Instagram anymore. I’m guessing they’re not exactly besties.
Polly rushed back to Australia
After her time on MAFS UK, Polly gave up on living in the country altogether. In December, she moved to Sydney. She’s been focusing on fitness and on living her best life.

She befriended the MAFS Australia 2025 cast, including Dave, Beth and Jamie. Polly revealed in September 2025 that she has actually gone out with a MAFS Australia groom. She told the Sun she “absolutely loves” Billy Belcher. Polly said: “We’ve been out a few times together, when he’s been in Sydney, and I’ve been to Perth. I’ve met up with him when I was in Perth.” I ship it.
Adam is no longer taking pics with Amy at every opportunity
If you lived through the Adam x Amy couple swap era, you may be entitled to financial compensation. Adam and his fellow MAFS contestant Amy Kenyon had a solid phase of hanging out, posting several photos, then denying they were dating so adamantly that some MAFS viewers started to think they really could be dating. They even shared pics of them in bed together, and of Adam jokingly proposing to Amy.
This was a weird era
We’ve had no photographic evidence from recent months that Adam and Amy are still hanging out, let alone secretly in love. Kristina also had to deny she was dating him in August. As far as we know, Adam is still single.
Yup, Adam is still a barber. He now works for The Hair Repair Club.
Polly is still clapping back at MAFS viewers
Well, everybody needs a hobby. A year on from her MAFS debut, Polly is still picking arguments in Instagram comment sections.
Someone commented under one of Polly’s Instagram posts from August: “I watched MAFS, you weren’t a very nice person in that, I hope you have changed and I don’t mean losing a few kilos,”
Polly responded: “I haven’t changed who I am in the slightest and I’m still way further on in life than anyone else I know that I once surrounded myself with, so thank you, but your comment was ridiculously unnecessary.”
According to the Mirror, one MAFS viewer commented: “Maybe if Ozempic had existed when you went on MAFS the guy would have been attracted to you.”
She wrote back: “F*ck off Millie.” Well, that’s straight to the point.
