MTA worker, 64, slashed on neck by crazed man walking on NYC subway tracks: cops

The MTA power maintainer was sitting outside a break house within the tunnel on the southbound No. 3 line near Nostrand Avenue in Crown Heights around 10:40 p.m. when he spotted the man strolling on the roadbed, authorities and sources said.
