Thank god. The weddings and honeymoons slog of MAFS UK 2025 is done with and we’re finally at the bit we all want a slice of – the dinner party. The first dinner party of MAFS UK 2025 was a particularly juicy one because it seems this lot don’t need to get far into the series to start giving us all drama. And similarly, doesn’t seem to have taken long for experts Charlene, Mel and Paul to get right onto calling out the toxic behaviours. Now we’ve got the first dinner party wrapped for MAFS UK 2025, here’s a ranking of all the brides and grooms by who came out looking the worst.
13. Keye and Davide
It is an absolute joy to watch this pair and their relationship blossom. They both are clearly so loved and revered by the group, and seeing that mutual respect with their pairs coupled with their own dynamic is a joy. I love how Davide navigates situations in particular – he’s a great communicator and very fair and pragmatic.
12. Nelly and Steven
Just a truly lovely pair who have got such a great groove going. Like Keye and Davide, you can see how much the group loves them too.

11. Dean
Look, I can’t stand the rapping and singing and it does come off as annoying. But he is so clearly a lovely person who deserves nothing of what is being levied at him. There’s so much chat about Sarah wishing she got something better, but I truly wish Dean got someone who saw the best in him. There’s a lot to see!
10. Leah
A very lovely, calming person who isn’t stealing attention or being the focus of the room. Leah just does Leah – and is another who is a great communicator. Love her.
9. Grace and Ashley
If you told me last week that Grace and Ashley had somehow weathered the storm and started to get on great, I’d have told you to piss off. Lovely to see them thriving although I can’t shake a feeling it won’t last forever.

8. Maeve and Joe
Another pair in this ranking who in last night’s MAFS UK 2025 first dinner party sort of thwarted all the negativity of the past week. They’re in their element now.
7. Rebecca and Bailey
Neither came off bad, but Rebecca does have a tendency to seem harsh even when she’s not meaning to. Maybe not harsh, but… blunt. Sometimes a good thing when someone drops home truths, but it can look cold in the edit.

6. Julia-Ruth
I feel really bad for Julia-Ruth. It’s hard to truly feel like we know the whole story with what happened with her and Divarni, though which makes it hard for her to fully come across as the hero in the situation. I feel like something bad happened that we needed to witness but it took place off camera so working out the drama is a real slog. Hope she’s doing okay.
5. Anita
I really like Anita but the show made her out to be too unforgiving and stubborn about Paul’s ways last night. I don’t agree with that, to be honest. I’d be done too. She just came across completely over the entire process and experiment.
4. Leigh
Didn’t really see much of her but whenever we do I just get such bad vibes and want to give Leah a hug.

His inability to answer a single question properly would make rage steam pour out of my ears.
2. Divarni
Totally perplexing why he would not only say that things were perfect between him and Julia-Ruth, but to say they’re yin and yang is so drastically positive I cannot blame her for breaking down in tears asking for someone genuine. Because it absolutely was not genuine.
1. Sarah
I don’t think Sarah actually realises how she’s coming across, because I don’t think anyone with good conscious would conduct themselves like this in front of a TV camera if they saw how it looked to anyone watching. It seems a big reckoning is coming for her when the brides and grooms sit down with the experts tonight. Don’t want to dwell too much on how nasty it all feels but I hope some lessons are learned – and fast.
