Discovery Connect – Learnership
Areas of Exposure
- Administration and support services across business teams
- Query management and task routing
- Mailbox and SLA query handling
- Call retrieval support (logging IT requests, retrieving recordings)
- Sales opportunity identification
Required Skills and Personal Attributes
- Innovative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and planning skills
- Ability to work under pressure, independently, and in a team
- Service-driven, adaptable, and resilient
- Fluent communication (written and verbal) in English
Education and Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is essential with:
- Mathematics (min. Level 4 – 50%)
- English (min. Level 4 – 50%)
- Maths Literacy (min. Level 5 – 60%)
- Second language (min. Level 4 – 50%)
- Incomplete tertiary financial qualification (advantage)
- Must NOT be:
- Engaged in post-Matric studies or formal employment
- A past Learnership participant
- Age: Between 18 – 30 years
- Computer skills: MS Excel & MS Outlook
- Citizenship: South African by birth only
