IT was meant to be an innocent decoration of an angel in her daughter’s bedroom.
But mum Lively was left mortified when she discovered her five-year-old daughter had covered the angel figurine with a sock – and it ended up looking like something very rude.

According to Lively, from the US, her ”very independent” kid had stolen the decoration from somewhere else in the house during the family move.
”[She] perched it on the bedside table herself, she likes to rearrange her room,” mum Lively shared the hilarious incident on TikTok.
One day, Lively went on to explain in the video, she had asked her daughter to clean the room ”and put her clothes in the hamper”.
”And because she didn’t want to so that, with that particular sock that was on her bedside, she created a job, if you will, for the sock.”
The end result, however, left Lively and millions of social media users howling, as she shared the hilarious discovery on her page.
”I can’t, I can’t deal with it,” the mum was in hysterics in the now-viral video.
”She takes off the wings and then puts that sock on.”
Due to the elongated shape of the angel, as well as the unfortunate shade of pink of the sock the figurine looked ”really wrong”.
The angel looked like something so rude, more than 7million viewers didn’t even have to guess what it resembled, as over 2,000 people flooded to comments.
”I thought, you thought, we all thought,” one social media user chuckled, as over 122k viewers gave the comment a like.
”Girl please at least a different colored sock,” someone else begged.
”I call mine my angel, too. — Oh it really is an angel,” a third joked.
”Please save this for her bachelorette,” another advised, urging the mum to save the hilarious footage for future.
Posting a follow-up after the original video had amassed millions of views, Lively said that her five-year-old doesn’t cover the angel every night.
”I find it maybe once every few weeks like that. It’s just hysterical the way the sock looks on the little figurine.”
Despite the funny fail, some social media users didn’t find the video amusing – and were even concerned for the little girl, with wild guesses including scopophobia.
