Kmart defends ethical sourcing program amid Uyghur forced labour allegations

Wesfarmers-owned Kmart has expressed its disappointment over a fresh legal action relating to allegations it engaged in deceptive conduct about the use of Uyghur forced labour by some of its clothing suppliers.
