The Baby Boy hitmaker is officially off the market

South African DJ and producer Vigro Deep, whose real name is Kamogelo Phetla, married his long-time partner and the mother of his child this past weekend. 

Sharing his joy, the Baby Boy hitmaker wrote: “What God has joined together, I’ll honour, protect and love for a lifetime. My wife, my blessing.”

Fellow producer Ali Keys, who works closely with Cassper Nyovest and tied the knot just over a year ago, welcomed Vigro Deep to married life, saying: “Congratulations king welcome to the good life filled with blessings, my brother.”

The couple has largely kept their relationship private, staying away from the spotlight and social media. It was only in October last year that fans caught a glimpse into their love story after photos from their lobola ceremony surfaced online.

Vigro Deep is one of the most influential figures in South Africa’s amapiano music scene. Born in Pretoria, he began producing music as a teenager and later dropped out of school to fully pursue his passion. His dedication and distinctive sound quickly set him apart, cementing his place as a leading force in the genre.

He rose to prominence with his Baby Boy mixtape series and hit tracks such as Blue Monday, building a reputation both locally and internationally as one of amapiano’s standout producers.
