@ntandose_ndimande Christmas Plate 1: Roasted Full Chicken Roasting Sauce: A flavour-packed blend of tomato, green pepper, red and brown onion, parsley, thyme, garlic cloves, and butter. Spices: Chicken spice, paprika, and Cajun spice. Roast your chicken covered with foil for 40 minutes at 180°C. Blend the chicken juices and mix in @Ina Paarman’s Kitchen Spanish Tomato Concentrated Cooking Paste. Remove the foil and roast for another 15–20 minutes until beautifully golden. Enjoy
