About the Bidfood SA YES Programme 2025
Bidfood South Africa is inviting unemployed youth to apply for the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme, a structured 12-month fixed-term work experience programme aimed at improving youth employability.
This programme is ideal for young people who are eager to gain practical workplace exposure in the Wholesale and Retail foodservice industry, develop essential work-readiness skills, and explore long-term career opportunities within a professional corporate environment.
Participants will benefit from hands-on learning, coaching, and mentorship, while gaining exposure to different departments and career pathways within Bidfood SA.
What the YES Programme Offers

Who Can Apply? (Minimum Requirements)

- No previous participation in the YES Programme
- In possession of a Matric certificate
- Willing to commit to the full 12-month programme
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and a team player
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Genuine interest in the foodservice industry
