About the UMK Engineering Learnership Programme
The UMK Engineering Learnership Programme focuses on practical, on-the-job training within real mining operations. Learners will gain exposure to core mining activities while developing both technical and workplace skills aligned with mining industry standards.
What You Will Learn
Participants in the programme will gain:
- Hands-on experience in blasting, drilling, excavation, and mining operations
- Exposure to mining safety procedures and regulations
